The Tortured Poets Department is a literary work of honesty and beauty. At points a clear critique of our society and what it does to the artists that we put on pedestals.

To be quite honest, it’s an album that is almost inaccessible to the common listener. This is not the Taylor Swift that the critics want and you know what, that’s perfectly alright.
